This wonderfully detailed statue depicts the ?Father of Medicine,? Hippocrates, with a scroll bearing the Hippocratic Oath. He led the path for the establishment of medicine as a respected profession, and the Hippocratic Oath remains the ethical aspiration for physicians, today. Made of cold cast resin, this statue measures 13 inches tall, 6 inches wide, and 3 1/2 inches deep.
