You may return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the sale price, an exchange for the same item, or a credit toward a different item. In the rare instance of a defective item, we will refund the original shipping fee, as well. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and we do not charge a "re-stocking" fee for this service.
If you need to return merchandise, complete an exchange, or report damaged or defective items, please see the appropriate section below:
"I do not like the merchandise I purchased, or it does not fit:"

b. Please include a short note letting us know why you are returning it.
2. Upon receipt of this email, we will reply with an RMA number.
3. Upon receipt of the RMA number, package the product back into its original packaging with a copy of the invoice and RMA number.
4. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you the original purchase price of the product.
Note: While we do have a "no questions asked" return policy, we appreciate your feedback. If you return an item, please let us know why you are dissatisfied. We are not responsible for the postage expense on returned merchandise. Merchandise is only returnable if it is unused and within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund your purchase price within 24 hours of receiving your package. Depending upon your method of payment it may take a few days for the credit to appear on your statement.
"My merchandise arrived damaged:"
All merchandise is inspected when it arrives at our facility and prior to shipping. Merchandise is securely packaged to prevent damage in the event of mishandling by carriers. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
1.Take a photo of the packaging, invoice, and damaged merchandise.

b. SUBJECT LINE EXAMPLE: Order # XXXX Damage Claim
c. Indicate whether you’d like the merchandise replaced or refunded
2. Upon receipt of the email and photos, we will submit a claim on your behalf and either ship a replacement or refund your payment
Note: Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the package– if not; we will be unable to submit a claim on your behalf.
"I feel that my merchandise is defective: "
1. Send an email to: email@example.com

b. Please include a short note describing the defect. If images are available please include those.
2. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed.
Note: Defective products are resolved on a case-by-case basis, as we sell a variety of products. If the product cannot be replaced, you will be refunded in full.
"I want to exchange an item:"
1. Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
a. SUBJECT LINE EXAMPLE: Order # XXXX – Exchange
b. Please include a short note describing the item you’d like to exchange it for.
2. We will reply with an RMA number and amount to include for reshipping.
3. Package the product in its original packaging; include the RMA number and information regarding the product you are exchanging it for.
4. Remember to include payment or check for reshipping and/or cost of the merchandise if it is being exchanged for a product of higher value.
Note: If you wish to exchange a product, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. When you email us for an RMA number, we will inform you of the cost of reshipping. If you are exchanging the product for something of lesser value and the difference covers the cost of shipping, payment will not be necessary.
For the protection of all our customers, SWIMWEAR IS NOT RETURNABLE.
Merchandise that is returned without prior RMA approval will not be refunded or replaced. Additionally, postage expense will not be reimbursed without an RMA. If you are issued a prepaid return label for a non-defective item, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. If you have any concerns regarding the return or exchange of your merchandise, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue with you.
Orders generally ship within one business day of purchase.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will generally be processed on the next business day.
We are required to collect 7% sales tax on merchandise shipped to Florida.
Special Notes For Our International Customers:
Import duties, taxes, and any other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company, or when you pick up the item. Please do not mistake these charges as additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts; US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
